How many answer choices are used?

Questions use three choices: A, B, and C, with one correct answer.

Where do I find my questions?

Sign in and open your specialty from the dashboard. Learners see published questions in specialties they can access. Platform owners can also use question review to inspect unpublished content.

Why is my question bank empty?

You may not have active specialty access, or the questions may still be awaiting review and publication. Contact support if you expected to see questions. Questions under review are not automatically released to learners.

How long does paid access last?

The advertised memberships provide 365 days of access from completed payment. See pricing for the specialty and combined plans.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset page. If you need more help, see the contact page.

What is the refund policy?

You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund. After 7 days, no refund will be issued, and you may keep using Boardenza for the remainder of your purchased year. Read the Refund Policy.

Can I contribute a question?

Yes. Read the submission instructions. Publication and membership credit depend on acceptance after review.
